'Esperanza'
Esperanza has two double cabins aft with their own wash basins sharing a toilet and shower and forward there is a double and a twin cabin which also share a toilet and shower.
The saloon is large and spacious with excellent room around for everyone aournd the main table and all cushions and mattresses have been renewed for the forthcoming season.
There is excellent food preparation and cooking area with a large fridge/freezer and separate cool box.
There is adequate usable storage around the yacht with an Eberspacher unit supplying heating for the yacht and all cabins have fans to maintain air circulation. The food provided is of a very high standard with plenty of it and main meals are home cooked, with special diets catered for individual taste and needs. Entertainment consists of a CD stereo sound system with additional cockpit speakers. Esperanza is has both a 12v and 240v shore power system with an inverter fitted to operate phone chargers, laptops and even hairdryers at sea.
The chart table area houses all the primary switches for the boat systems with an integrated chart plotter and radar with weather updates received by NAVTEX. We carry both a VHF DSC Radio and a MF transmitter for longer passages and Esperanza has a complete set of charts, pilots and almanacs and is ready to sail anywhere.
There is a dedicated forepeak sail locker accessed from the deck, with never any need to drag wet sails through the yacht. Esperanza's has ample teak deck space to spread out and large cockpit protected by spray hood to keep the comfort level high. Esperanza has an excellent 55hp diesel engine capable of producing 8 knots cruising speed via a brand new variable pitch propeller.
All mast and rigging are new and fitted with superb Vectron sails and the sail wardrobe consists of lazy jacked main, furling genoa, cruising chute and stay sail for upwind performance.
She is fitted with a single line reefing system with all control lines led back to the cockpit for easy handling and the dinghy and 4hp engine can be stored in the vast cockpit lockers. The ten man life raft and other emergency safety equipment is all easily located in the aft lockers.
